No general returns. Transit damage: email first. Repair in place when possible; otherwise return shipping is on the buyer, reship on the shop. Not liable after the item ships, but reach out so the piece can be loved.

Shipping

Usually within 5 business days. Cost depends on size and weight. Recycled boxes and wrap are normal.

International

Licensed, handled case by case — laws on specimens vary. Email before ordering.
